Privacy Policy
This policy describes how CoParentPrep ("we," "us") handles information on coparentprep.com. The short version: our tools run entirely in your browser and send us nothing; we collect an email address only if you volunteer it; and third-party advertising, when present, uses cookies you can control.
Information we do not collect
Our calculators, quizzes, and checklists run entirely client-side. Ages, budgets, quiz answers, compatibility scores: none of it is transmitted to us or any server. We do not require accounts and do not collect names, health information, or payment details on this site (purchases are processed by a third-party checkout provider under its own policy, linked at checkout).
Information you choose to give us
Email address. If you sign up for our email course or newsletter, your address is stored with our email service provider and used to send the content you requested, occasional site updates, and information about our products. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing is immediate and permanent. We never sell or rent email addresses.
Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the thread to respond and improve the site.
Advertising and cookies
We use (or intend to use) Google AdSense to display advertising on informational pages.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party advertising cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
- Visitors in the EEA/UK will be shown a consent message before any advertising cookies are set, consistent with Google's EU user consent policy.
Analytics
If we use privacy-respecting analytics, it will be limited to aggregate page-view data (which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from) and this policy will name the provider. We do not build individual visitor profiles.
Third-party links
We link to external organizations (e.g., asrm.org, cdc.gov, resolve.org) and a third-party checkout for the toolkit. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.
Data requests and children
To ask what we hold about you (typically: an email address, or nothing), or to request deletion, write to hello@coparentprep.com. This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
