Privacy Policy

This policy describes how CoParentPrep handles information on coparentprep.com. Tools run in your browser; email signup uses Brevo, purchases use Gumroad, and aggregate site analytics use Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Information we do not collect

Our calculators, quizzes, and checklists run entirely client-side. Ages, budgets, quiz answers, compatibility scores: none of it is transmitted to us or any server. We do not require accounts and do not collect names, health information, or payment details on this site (purchases are processed by a third-party checkout provider under its own policy, linked at checkout).

Information you choose to give us

Email address. If you sign up for our email course or newsletter, your address is stored with Brevo, our email service provider and used to send the content you requested, occasional site updates, and information about our products. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; you can unsubscribe using that link. We never sell or rent email addresses.

Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the thread to respond and improve the site.

Advertising

We do not currently run advertising or Google AdSense on this site.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and site performance. Tool inputs and quiz answers are not included. Links to Gumroad may include fixed campaign labels so Gumroad can report referred clicks and purchases; these labels do not contain your email, tool inputs, or quiz answers. Gumroad processes purchases under its own privacy policy.

Third-party links

We link to external organizations (e.g., asrm.org, cdc.gov, resolve.org) and a third-party checkout for the toolkit. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.

Data requests and children

To ask what we hold about you (typically: an email address, or nothing), or to request deletion, write to hello@coparentprep.com. This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
